Dr. Clare Howard has a post graduate degree in Medieval Italian Social and Economic History and in subsequent years transferred this interest into systems, people and organisations. She has a stong record in organisation development and of supporting businesses in their strategic development. She is qualified and experienced in the use of psychometric instruments for individual and team development including the MBTI, FiroB, and 16PF. She is also a specialist in the development of bespoke 360 degree feedback assignments for senior executives and their teams.
As Strategy Director of CPS Clare is outward facing and responsible for ensuring the business continues to stay in tune with the needs of senior business leaders.
